Police Scat Pack Smacks An Audi A4 Down

Estimated read time 2 min read

If you’ve ever owned a car that was made to be driven at high speeds on the famous Autobahn, you know how well-planted they feel above 130 mph. Of course, you also only found that out on a long straightaway at your local track. Some people, however, decided to test out the German engineering of their vehicle by giving the cops a run for their money, like what this Audi A4 driver did in Arkansas not too long ago.

Check out grannie’s secret Lamborghini here.

After an Arkansas State Police trooper observed the Audi speeding, he caught up to get the driver to pull over. Normally people do and just take the ticket, then either fight it or go to traffic school. This guy, on the other hand, decides to do things the hard way.

Maybe he just figures his little Audi can outmuscle an ASP Dodge Charger Pursuit? Once he gets clear of the semi-trucks on the highway, he does just that. The guy probably thought he was pretty much in the clear, although if the car is his and the tag isn’t fictitious, he would’ve been caught eventually.

But then along comes a police Dodge Charger Scat Pack which is able to stick to the Audi like glue. Suddenly, the suspect comes face to face with a car which could eat his ride alive. You can see the suspect tries testing his luck, maybe because he didn’t know what was after him or maybe because he thinks those interlocked rings on his vehicle provide some sort of magical power.

Whatever the guy’s motivation for trying to get away from the Scat Pack, it becomes obvious why they’ve become favorites of certain law enforcement agencies. It’s really too bad the Scat Pack is almost certainly a goner, at least in its current V8 form, because they’re such useful tools in chasing down people with faster vehicles.

This chase ends in a weird way when the suspect decides to really put the Quattro all-wheel drive to the test, driving in the sunken median before getting absolutely swarmed by police. He gets an A for effort, but an F for overall intelligence.
