Among some Americans, often those leaning further left, there’s an ideal that federal agencies like the EPA are pure forces for good. That preconception tends to frame any criticism of federal action as inherently suspect.

Yet the agency’s growing crackdown on aftermarket car modifications has drawn real concern from enthusiasts. The trend raises questions about how far regulators should reach into the hobby.

  1. The photo in the article showing the EPA in full combat mode with M-16’s is all that is needed to paint the perfect picture of a an Agency that is out of control. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THE EPA TO BE ARMED….NONE. Up until the Obama Administration, if a armed escort was needed, the EPA would pair up with local or State Law enforcement. Now the EPA has its own private army. Its out of control and needs to be disbanded.

  2. How many wildfires have we had in the last 4 years? What did that do to the air quality?
Lets see what one rocket launch puts in the air??
How about the mining process in the Imperial Valley for Lithium???
    I guess that’s not important ….
