For some reason the Pontiac Grand Prix is a fairly popular getaway car. They’re not quick, but they’re not as gutless as some economy cars, which is why this fleeing suspect put up a fight before a PIT sent the Pontiac flipping and bursting into flames.
A capable enough car can prolong a chase, but rarely change its ending. The fiery rollover that concluded this pursuit is another reminder of how dangerously these flights from police tend to end.
