We’ve never credited criminals with much intelligence, especially car thieves, but some seem to push the limits of foolishness. That brings us to a 19-year-old from Charleston, South Carolina who reportedly ran from police in a stolen car.
The kicker is that he was already out on bond for a previous car theft charge. Getting caught with another stolen vehicle while awaiting trial is a special kind of self-defeating.
