Ramsey County Sheriff’s deputies in Minnesota chased a suspect through their area only to realize they were dealing with a skilled driver. The man behind the wheel of the reportedly stolen Ford F-150 managed to shake off a couple of PIT attempts during the pursuit.
A capable driver can frustrate officers and prolong a chase, at least for a while. Still, such evasions rarely last, and even a skilled fleeing driver usually ends up stopped by a determined police response.
