Chevrolet has released official production figures for the 2025 Corvette model year, covering builds from last September through July. In total, 25,835 units were produced across the full lineup, from the Stingray to the range-topping ZR1.
Stingray Still Leads Production Volume
The Stingray remained the volume leader, accounting for 13,640 units, more than half of total production. The Z06 followed with 8,862 builds, while the hybrid E-Ray added 3,153 units to the mix.
ZR1 Production Remains Limited
The ZR1 remained the rarest variant, with just 180 units built. That total splits into 115 coupes and 65 convertibles, with the vast majority finished in the range-topping 3LZ trim. Most ZR1s stayed in the United States, though a limited number were sent to Canada, Mexico, and the Middle East.
Body Style and Package Breakdown
Across the full lineup, coupes outpaced convertibles, 14,678 to 11,157. Performance packages proved popular as well: roughly 40% of Stingray buyers opted for the Z51 package, and nearly half of all ZR1 buyers chose the track-focused ZTK package.
Most Popular Colors
Classic Black and Arctic White were the most common paint colors ordered, followed closely by Torch Red and Red Mist. Sea Wolf Gray and Riptide Blue saw modest followings, while more unusual colors like Hysteria Purple and Competition Yellow also found buyers.
Documenting Individual Builds
With the model year’s production now complete, owners can look up detailed build information for their individual Corvettes through the National Corvette Museum’s archival program.
