After speeding past an Arkansas trooper and apparently changing lanes without signaling, a woman in a new Cadillac understandably caught the officer’s attention. Rather than accept a citation, she chose to flee, leading the trooper all the way to her home.
Running from a routine stop only deepens the trouble a driver faces. By fleeing to her own residence, she made identification trivially easy, turning a minor infraction into a far more serious set of charges.
