As we’ve noted time and again, car theft and other crime in Memphis, Tennessee is genuinely out of control. It’s almost as if criminals there have no fear of getting caught, likely because they so often face little to no consequence.
That brazenness was on full display when suspects tried to steal a dealership’s Corvette in broad daylight. The audacious attempt speaks volumes about the city’s ongoing struggle with crime.
