The driver, identified as Michael Fowler, was found to be wanted on charges of aggravated assault and battery in a neighboring county, adding a layer of urgency to the operation.

Upon securing the scene, deputies discovered over four grams of methamphetamine inside the stolen Mustang, highlighting the multifaceted nature of the crime.
