An Aston Martin driver was clocked by police doing 93 mph in a 60 mph zone outside Armagh, Northern Ireland. In the US and many other places, being more than 30 mph over the limit could mean a stiff penalty, possibly jail time and an impounded car.
Instead, this driver got off relatively lightly with little more than a warning. The lenient outcome stands in sharp contrast to how such speeding is treated elsewhere.
