Nobody enjoys crawling through rush hour traffic, especially in a city like Atlanta. While most of us just sit in the slow-moving line grumbling, a Georgia trooper spotted one man taking the dishonest route, driving on the right shoulder to skip ahead.
When the trooper moved in, the driver chose to run rather than face the consequences. Trying to flee through gridlocked traffic was never going to end well.
