We know a lot of people who say they want to get into collecting classic cars, but the steep price of many popular models makes the hobby inaccessible. One way to get around that is to go with something not quite as popular but that you can still enjoy. This 1959 Cadillac DeVille Sedan might be just that.
Congress gets closer to killing California’s EV mandate for good.
After all, the guy selling this pink Cadillac is asking just $14,000 for it. While hardcore collectors might turn their nose up at it, this could be a great way for someone to buy their first classic car.

This isn’t a turn-key vehicle, so be prepared to either roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, or pay a professional to do the restoration process. Either way, you’ll have to practice patience and invest more than the initial $14,000 into this ride.
According to the seller, all the parts to this DeVille Sedan are present, other than the front seat, which was apparently stolen by an upholsterer. We’re sure there’s quite the story there.
While the exterior looks pretty good, there’s some obvious rust bubbling the paint on the rockers. But the body panels appear to all be straight and in overall good condition. The interior is gutted at the moment and corrosion is in plain view, so that will need to be addressed.

The seller says those beautiful Coker white wall tires have under 100 miles on them, plus this Caddie has a new fuel system and gas tank. Plus, the guy says this 50s beauty not only runs, it drives, so you don’t have to worry about that.
Another big bonus: the seller claims to have a Florida pink slip. While you should always do your due diligence before buying any car, this could be a great option to explore if you’ve always dreamed of owning a classic car, especially one with the dramatic styling of the late 50s.
