Watch A JDM Supra MKIV Get Pitted Out By Police

Finally, dashcam footage of a guy in his JDM Supra MKIV running from a Florida trooper, only to get pitted out has dropped. We’ve been waiting for this one to release after a lot of people whined and cried when the image of the trashed Japanese sports car hit the internet.

We’re guessing the genius who was driving this MKIV Supra bought into all the hype that it’s the fastest car ever. These things can be pretty quick, with the right mods, and with a skilled driver. This one didn’t have at least one of those two things, maybe both.

In the dashcam footage, we see the trooper spot the Toyota Supra allegedly going 93 in a 55 mph zone. However, when the trooper tries pulling the JDM sports car over, the suspect flees instead.

He shoots the gap between two cars and blacks out the car. On a well-lit bridge. Let’s just say the guy isn’t very bright. His ride also isn’t very fast, because the trooper has no problem matching his acceleration, then pitting him out after they drive off the bridge.

After wrecking out, you can hear the suspect yelling something at the trooper about his “racecar.” We can’t roll our eyes hard enough.

For some, this incident is all about how the government won’t let anyone have fun or nice things. Look, we’re not all for heavy-handed governance, but at the same time our public roads can’t become raceways.

Innocent families, grandmas, kids just learning to drive, etc. also use those roads to just get around. If you have a high-powered car, that doesn’t give you the right to put other people’s live at risk for your cheap thrill.

Here’s the truth: the guy who ran from Florida Highway Patrol is at fault for all this. Have a rare, collectible, and/or beloved vehicle? Don’t use it to try ditching cops. Pull over, take whatever ticket, and be on your way.

If you’re street racing or doing something like that which could get the car impounded, those types of activities could’ve resulted in a crash like this, if not something worse. It’s a dumb argument we’ve seen floating around.
