People across the country and even overseas follow Pinal County Sheriff Deputy Frank Sloup thanks to his popular Fridays With Frank video series. While Deputy Sloup is friendly and quick with a joke, he takes traffic enforcement seriously.
That balance was on display when a teenager caught speeding in his father’s Mustang chose to curse out the deputy. The encounter showed that affability only goes so far when a driver decides to be belligerent.
