Sadly, it was not Michael Scott behind the wheel. Police chases involving Chrysler PT Cruisers are exceedingly rare these days, and we cannot recall the last time we saw one. Given how odd the quirky cars look in the modern era, the spectacle was hard to resist.
Watching the dated, bubbly hatchback attempt a getaway provided unexpected entertainment. Whatever the driver’s reasoning, choosing a PT Cruiser as a getaway vehicle all but guaranteed the pursuit would end the way these things usually do.
