Low-Mileage 2014 Dodge Viper TA Sells for $176,000 at Auction

A well-preserved 2014 Dodge SRT Viper TA sold for $176,000 in an October 2025 online auction, drawing significant attention from collectors due to its extremely low mileage and near-original condition.

A Rare Limited Edition

The pearl-white Viper, listed on Cars & Bids, is one of only 159 Time Attack models produced that year. With fewer than 2,000 miles on the odometer, the car has seen minimal use since new. According to the listing, maintenance included routine oil changes every couple of years and a transmission replacement in 2020 to address gear whine.

Performance-Focused Upgrades

The Time Attack edition included several performance enhancements over the standard Viper, including Bilstein shocks, upgraded brakes, weight-saving modifications, and a carbon-fiber X-brace under the hood. The car rides on 18-inch front and 19-inch rear wheels designed for track use.

Interior and Drivetrain

Inside, the car features Nappa leather accents on cloth-trimmed seats, along with a backup camera and premium stereo system, though the six-speed manual transmission remains the car’s defining feature for driving enthusiasts. Power comes from an 8.4-liter V10 producing 640 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque.

Significant Appreciation in Value

When new, the Viper TA carried a sticker price of roughly $91,000. Eleven years later, this example sold for nearly double that amount, reflecting the growing collector interest in well-preserved, low-mileage examples of the model as Viper production remains discontinued.
