Georgia Troopers Smack Down Murder Suspect Fleeing In Dodge Dart

Estimated read time 2 min read

Georgia State Patrol doesn’t mess around, especially when dealing with an allegedly violent offender. When troopers were called to assist bringing in a murder suspect who had fled, they acted decisively and dropped the hammer even as that person desperately tried getting away.

Ram truck goes flying in Georgia police chase.

The suspect in question was driving a Dodge Dart, a car we’re told some misinformed individuals believe is some sort of performance vehicle. Apparently, this person accused of murdering someone al believes that. Otherwise, why would they try running from it when swarmed by Dodge Chargers with their blue lights flashing?

Watching the Dart accelerate away and try putting distance between it and the Chargers is like watching a baby deer try walking for the first time. It’s kind of cute and pathetic all at once, a feeble attempt anyone with a shred of sanity knows won’t work. And yet this alleged murderer tries so hard to make it work.

At one point, this person who probably will be described by family members as “harmless” even swerves toward pedestrians who run out of the way. What a darling!

As the suspect gets on the freeway, the Dodge Dart struggles to pass regular cars just trying to merge into traffic. Those gerbils putting power to the front wheel must’ve been getting tired, but this suspect just keeps pushing them.

The suspect gets pitted and tries to keep driving the compact sedan off the road. It was a dumb plan and turned out horribly, just like using a Dodge Dart as a getaway car. We should be thankful someone allegedly willing to kill someone else isn’t more intelligent.
