Sometimes a situation resolves itself in satisfying fashion. We don’t normally find humor in a crash, but when an abusive ex-boyfriend chasing his ex-girlfriend, who was driving a moving truck, wrecked entirely on his own, it was hard to feel much sympathy.
The self-inflicted crash spared the woman from a frightening pursuit. The case is a rare instance where a dangerous aggressor’s own recklessness brought the threat to an abrupt and fitting end without harm to the person he was targeting.
