We generally respect the work law enforcement does. Sure, there are some bad apples, and even good officers make mistakes, but overall we appreciate their efforts. Still, there are moments when an officer does something genuinely boneheaded.
This was one of those moments, as an officer ended up pinned by his own cruiser. The mishap is an awkward reminder that even those in uniform aren’t immune to costly errors.
