Left-lane campers create hazards on the highway all the time. It’s especially infuriating when an officer running lights and sirens to chase a suspect or reach an emergency gets blocked by drivers who won’t move out of the way.
One such camper learned that lesson when an Arkansas trooper took notice. The incident is a reminder that the left lane is for passing, not lingering, particularly when emergency vehicles need to get through.
