There is a running joke that the V6 versions of various muscle cars are secretly the fastest, and their drivers, along with Volkswagen GTI owners, are the most eager to prove something on the road. A V6 Dodge Challenger driver in Arkansas put that bravado to the test against police.
Predictably, the underpowered Challenger was not up to the task of outrunning the law. The attempt reinforced that badge and bluster mean little when a base-model muscle car tries to escape determined Arkansas troopers.
