We already knew the C8 Corvette Stingray is a serious performance machine, but two suspects fleeing police in Broward County, Florida showed just how hard they are to catch. The mid-engine sports car was reportedly stolen and gave officers a real run.
A quick, capable sports car can challenge pursuing officers, at least for a while. Even so, escape is rarely the final outcome, and the chase reflected both the Corvette’s prowess and the determination of police to stop it.
